Purpose of the website

This website is operated by Al Amthal Law Firm to introduce the firm, its services and its areas of practice, to publish general legal information, and to allow visitors to submit an appointment request.

This website does not provide immediate legal advice, does not allow appointments to be confirmed automatically, and does not allow cases to be looked up or their files and documents to be submitted.

Use of the appointment request form

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information that belongs to them personally or that they have explicit legal authority to provide.
  • Sending documents, legal memoranda, the facts of a case or any sensitive information through the public form is strictly prohibited.
  • The form must not be used to send promotional, advertising or unsolicited (spam) messages, or messages containing abuse.
  • The form is subject to technical protection measures and submission rate limits to prevent automated attacks.
  • Submitting an appointment request is not a final booking until the firm's administration confirms it explicitly, and it does not under any circumstances create a lawyer–client relationship or legal representation. Acceptance of any engagement is subject to reviewing the nature of the work, checking for conflicts of interest and completing the necessary procedures, and sending a request does not suspend any legal deadline related to the matter.

Prohibited use

Visitors must not do any of the following:

  • Attempt unauthorised access to the administration panel, servers, databases, or any interface not intended for the public.
  • Attempt to disrupt the website, overload its servers (DDoS), or probe or trace its security vulnerabilities.
  • Use automated tools or scraping software to copy the website's content or data on a large scale, except search engines within the limits of ordinary indexing.
  • Impersonate another person or falsify contact details or legal capacities.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the website's content — including the texts, the official logo, the designs and the icons — are owned exclusively by Al Amthal Law Firm or licensed to it. Limited, non-commercial quotation of public articles is permitted on condition of explicit attribution naming the firm and linking to the source. Availability and continuity of the website
