Contract and Agreement Drafting and Review

We draft, structure and review contracts and agreements in Arabic and English. These include commercial contracts, company formation agreements, shareholders’ agreements, sale, supply, distribution and commercial agency agreements, as well as service, consultancy, employment and lease agreements. Our work also covers investment, financing, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, construction contracts, subcontracts and contracts based on FIDIC forms. Our drafting reflects the nature and objectives of each transaction, with a focus on clear rights and obligations, the allocation of responsibilities and risks, and provisions governing payment, performance, guarantees, termination and dispute resolution. We also support clients in contractual negotiations, check consistency between Arabic and English versions, and specify the governing language where interpretations differ.
